Butler Service

A personal butler will be assigned to your tent during your stay to ensure that service is provided from Food and Beverage Service, Bush Excursions, Special anniversaries and room service. Our butlers are female, extensively trained to maintain and enhance the set standards at MARA TIMBO CAMP.

The whole butler-crew was already with us during construction time and will therefore even be able to answer questions concerning the Camp, the Maasai Mara and its nature.

The Management of MARA TIMBO CAMP invested much effort in education of every butler and is very much interested to guarantee high quality standards.
